Who we are

MX Digital operates this website. Questions about this policy: use the contact form.

What we collect

• Contact form. Name, email address, the service you’re asking about, and your message. We use this only to reply to your enquiry.
• Technical data. Your IP address and a short browser fingerprint are used transiently to stop spam (rate limiting and honeypot checks) and are not used for profiling.
• Comments. If you comment, we store your name, email, and the comment text. Further detail is in the Site & Content Policy.
• Cookies. A minimal set: language preference, login session (if you have an account), and comment-session cookies. We do not run advertising trackers.

Legal bases

We process contact form data on legitimate interest (responding to an enquiry you initiated) and consent, per the GDPR. Mexican users are also protected by the LFPDPPP; we treat both standards as a floor, not a ceiling.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. Limited data is processed by our hosting provider and email delivery service strictly to operate this site.

Retention and your rights

Enquiries are retained until resolved plus a short grace period; comments remain until you ask us to remove them. You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability at any time via the contact form — we answer within 30 days.
